Day 8
Waiting for the compliance review for the site and finishing up on the payment portal. Almost ready to bring on a client
"I need to prove that I can take one business from idea to paying customers. For 90 days, Barber Front Desk gets my focus. Customers and real-world evidence come before more building, tweaking, or chasing another idea."
Finish line
10 established multi-chair barbershops have paid for Barber Front Desk and are live by Day 90. Free pilots, verbal yeses, and unpaid trials do not count.

All most done with the set up - need to have it ready for Saturday for Lily for the barber conference. Almost have site done and all the set up.
I spent today building this sprint tracking app instead of moving BFD forward. I did not complete my daily drivers. The only action I took was messaging Lily to let her know the AI is ready for testing and asking her for feedback. Other than that, my pipeline remains at zero. I did not contact any multi-chair barbershop owners today because I was focused on finishing this code. I failed my promise of putting sales first. I let the urge to build override the discipline of outreach. Now that this tracking app is fully built, my excuses are gone. The setup is done. Tomorrow, I will not touch code or design. My sole focus is contacting the first barbershop owner on my list and starting the actual sales process.
Finished the ai and working on the subaccount
