90 Days to Take My Health Back

Leave encouragement

"I want more energy, better health, and more years to actually enjoy my life and my family. I’ve put my health off long enough. These 90 days are about proving I can take care of myself consistently—not perfectly—and build habits I can still be doing on Day 91."

Finish line

On Day 90, weigh 305 pounds or less while having built nutrition and movement habits I can continue after the sprint.

Day 3

Aug 21, 2026

The strawberry banana was good and the chocolate peanut butter was ok. The powdered shake tasted a little earthy but maybe that’s what healthy taste like. Dinner was not the best I ran out of propane so I continued grille what I was supposed to. So I had a buffalo chicken calzone. Not the best But I did good with drinkin water

Day 1

Aug 20, 2026

I started this sprint at 331.2 pounds, but Day 1 did not go according to the logging plan. Instead of tracking my meals and numbers, I spent the first forty-eight hours setting up my tracking app and receiving my tools. My movement plan for today was also consumed by this setup phase. I did not complete a workout: I finished building the system instead. I have mapped out my new eating habits and set the initial steps in motion, but the reality is that I have not yet faced the friction of my kitchen or schedule. I spent my energy on preparation rather than execution. The setup phase is now over. Tomorrow, the tracking must be real. I will log every meal, record my weight, and complete the planned physical movement. No more building, just execution.
